Her entrepreneurial background includes startup ventures, business acquisitions, real estate investments, and ownership transactions involving stock purchases.

During her 20-year federal career, Rhonda evaluated complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and changes in ownership and control. Her work required financial analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation of transaction structures and ownership interests.
