Warren Bazemore is a South Carolina native committed to the growth of small businesses in his home state. With over 15 years of experience and personal involvement in hundreds of transactions, he can help you navigate the process of buying or selling a small business. He believes that each transaction is unique and requires flexibility coupled with an understating of both the buyer and seller’s goals. Once those goals are fully understood a deal can be structured that works for all involved parties. He has also worked extensively with Ed Pendarvis, founder of Sunbelt, to train new business brokers and to create Business Buyers University that provides tools and education for buyers.
Prior to joining Sunbelt, Warren gained extensive experience in the financial services industry. As an agency director for a national marketing organization, he recruited and trained agents throughout the southeastern United States. He met his wife, Sara, while they were students at The University of South Carolina and together they have three children that keep them on their toes. He is a graduate of Leadership Charleston, Leadership Columbia, and a member of the IBBA.
