Sanjay has a deep understanding of Manufacturing, Services, Technology, Healthcare, and Franchise industries. After spending nearly three decades leading global businesses in Fortune 50 companies, Sanjay has gained in-depth experience in assessing businesses, and building plans to grow, turnaround, merge, acquire, or exit businesses. He believes in bringing large company ethos – professional integrity, thoroughness, and great customer service – to the small business M&A world, and combine this with the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of a small, boutique practice to offer clients the best of both worlds. Earlier in his career, Sanjay founded and ran a small computer reseller and systems integration firm.
Sanjay holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from the University of Hull, UK, and is also certified in Strategy Consulting by the Harvard University Extension School. He is affiliated with the Sunbelt Business Network, the nation’s largest network of business intermediaries. Sanjay is also a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), New England Business Brokerage Association (NEBBA), and the Business Brokers Alliance of New England (BBANE). He believes in lifelong learning and loves to read, play chess, and is a dedicated family man. Sanjay lives in Marlborough, MA with his wife and son.
