Mark Fisher

Mark has worked in quality assurance at nuclear power plants in Virginia and as a design engineer in New England at Raytheon and Parkinson Technologies. He owned and ran Merchant’s Fabrication (a metal fabrication contract manufacturer) for ten years before engaging Sunbelt to assist him in selling it in 2019.

Mark has deep experience in the manufacturing industry having operated his own business, and after going through a couple of buy/sell transactions himself. Somewhat “retired”, Mark enjoys writing and helping owners of manufacturing business to position their businesses for sale.

Mark has undergraduate degrees in both Nuclear Engineering Technology and Mechanical Engineering along with graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. His alma mater for the last three degrees is WPI. Mark is also a licensed profession engineer in the State of Massachusetts.
