Jonathan Pallin brings over 40 years of extensive experience as a transaction specialist with a strong background in both Wall Street and business ownership. With an MBA and 25 years as a seasoned Wall Street veteran, Jonathan has held senior positions at prestigious firms, including Lehman Brothers, Drexel Burnham Lambert, and Morgan Stanley, where he excelled in investment banking, institutional sales, and asset management.

Beyond his Wall Street career, Jonathan has demonstrated his business acumen by successfully purchasing, building, and selling five companies over 20 years, achieving a combined capitalization of over $100 million. His hands-on experience includes revitalizing near-bankrupt businesses, turning a $250,000 investment into a company with a market cap of $100 million, and consistently driving significant growth in the businesses he managed.

Jonathan's entrepreneurial journey includes the successful purchase and renovation of a residential estate, the transformation of franchise resales into top-performing units, and the creation and sale of a thriving Super Laundromat. His expertise extends to the healthcare industry, where he grew a nursing company’s sales from $600,000 to $2.5 million, ultimately selling it for over 20 times earnings.
