Melissa Gaddy

Melissa is a Business Broker who is committed to helping Main Street businesses thrive in the Charleston area. She is creative, solutions-oriented business woman with experience in corporate banking, financial analysis, risk management and small business ownership. She represents both buyers and sellers and utilizes her own experience as a business owner to help clients make informed decisions through the buy/sell process. Melissa understands that the buying and selling of a business is likely one of the most important decisions in a person’s life, both professionally and personally, and will represent you always with that in mind.

Melissa is a graduate of The University of North Carolina and lives in Mt Pleasant with her husband, Ben and three children. In her home life she enjoys reading,sailing and cheering on her kids’ various pursuits, and is an active member of St Thomas’ Church.
