G.C. Pennington

G.C. Pennington is a business broker in the Sunbelt Network, focusing on the middle market in multiple verticals. He founded the Pennington Law Firm, LLC in 1995 in Columbia, South Carolina. He grew the firm to approximately fifty attorneys and staff with a national practice and sold most of the practice in 2016. He continues to practice law today. He is licensed in South Carolina and Georgia but has assisted with transactions nationwide. He leverages his extensive business and legal experience in multiple industries to assist buyers and sellers in the middle market achieve the best outcomes. He has enjoyed a varied and diversified practice, including deploying wireless infrastructure and technology; commercial real estate transactions; in-building connectivity agreements; utility and fiber deployment agreements; broadband deployment; and software licensing/ technology agreements. He has extensive M&A experience in multiple industries, primarily in wireless infrastructure and tower assets. His success is based upon his ability to negotiate complicated agreements and see them through to closing.

He is a graduate of The Citadel and The USC School of Law. He currently resides in Beaufort, South Carolina. He enjoys driving/racing cars, boating, and fishing when not working.
