Scott Lieberg specializes in the Service Station and Convenience Store market in the Central Valley, Central Coast, and selected clients elsewhere. He focuses deeply in this market segment because he sees that the complexities of the Buyer / Seller community, coupled with the sophistication of the transactions, demand a higher level of experience in Business Brokerage.
Having earned his BA in 1972 at the University of Redlands and his original California Broker’s License in 1991, Scott sold businesses in the San Diego and Newport Beach markets. He has built a solid background for dealing with transactions with “many moving partsâ€. Scott draws on his experience as a Vice President of both Ticor Title and Home Savings.
According to Scott, the most impacting events on his outlook were the multiple deployments as part of the US SBA Disaster Recovery Team following Hurricane Katrina and other grave incidents. “I always came home grateful.
Scott took time to be a Planning Commissioner for his home town, Alhambra. His civic service gave him a rare perspective on Zoning and Land Use issues. Scott enjoys special events, having served as a Project Manager for the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, and recently retired from the Pasadena Tournament of Roses after 41 years.
Scott and his wife, Linda, make their home in Bakersfield and Pine Mountain Club.
