Charlottesville's office owner Thomas Fromm was born in Latrobe, PA, but considers himself a midwesterner since Chicago was his home for 21 years. After graduation from Northwestern University with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1969, Tom moved to Lexington, KY where he began his career in Product Engineering with Square D Co. Tom progressed into management and received a MBA from Xavier University in 1979. He is a registered Profesional Engineer. In 1981, Tom accepted a managerial position with Cooper Industries in Charlottesville, VA. He was named Vice President of Engineering of the Murray Division in 1986. After a takeover by Siemens in 1992, he managed the transfer of technical operations to other Siemens facilities. Tom chose to leave Siemens in 1995 rather than relocate, doing technical consulting work while investigating opportunities to start his own business. Tom opened his Sunbelt office in April 1996. |

Senior Broker Bruce Draper is a native Virginian, originally from Martinsville. He attended the University of Virginia while running two businesses in Charlottsville. He then relocated and began an impressive career. He became a National Motivational Trainer for D.T.B.G. and the owner of a swimming pool company, a window and door franchise, and a real estate office in Titusville, FL. After four years he moved to Winter Park, FL and began designing horse barns. He became a horse barn specialist and received commendation in 17 major magazines and several newspapers. In 2001, he returned to Charlottesville and brought his barn business with him. He joined Sunbelt in January 2002, and has since sold his barn business but remains an active participant in the horse barn industry as well as an accomplished broker. |

Senior Broker Bob French is originally from New York City. After graduating from City College of New York and Adelphi University, he went on to be a teacher for ten years. Later he became the owner of a commercial roofing company for four years, then the owner of a fabric repair business for another four years. For the next fourteen years, however, he found his calling as a minister. Bob joined Sunbelt in December of 2001 and has successfully closed many transactions. |

Beth Rush has had a 25 year business career that included positions such as Vice President of Sales for the Commercial Division of The Home Depot, Vice President of Direct Marketing for Pitney Bowes, and Director of Customer Administration for Monarch Marking. She also purchased and managed her own company, California Concept, which she sold in 2007. California Concept is a manufacturer and distributor of professional skin care products sold in the US, Europe and Asia. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Beth grew up in Roanoke, Virginia and she and her husband, Kirk, reside in Charlottesville. |

Bob Strotz enjoyed a twenty-year career with Federated Department Stores (Bloomingdales, Macy's, etc.) in roles of increasing responsibility in Financial Planning and Business Analysis. Bob has continued to apply his analytical skills and business knowledge for the past five years as an independent consultant in Strategic Planning and as a senior broker with Sunbelt Business Advisors. He received a bachelor of arts degree from Colgate University with a double major in English and Economics. Bob and his wife, an Episcopal priest and pastoral counselor, live in Keswick, Virginia. |
