Wilmington Office Announces Territory Expansion

WILMINGTON, DE, May 20, 2008 – Sunbelt® Business Advisors of Delaware, the place to go to buy or sell a business®, recently announced that is has expanded its territory from the Wilmington area to the entire state of Delaware. Dale Pretz, owner of Sunbelt Business Advisors of Delaware, has agreed to lead the expansion efforts throughout the state.

“The increasing demand for business brokerage services in Delaware signified a need for us to expand our service area,” stated Dale Pretz. “Because we have expanded our territory, we will be able to reach more buyers and sellers of private business, which is an added benefit to the clients we currently serve.”

He served as corporate attorney for 12 years and completed his tenure as Director of Corporate Development, where he handled Mergers & Acquisitions for Carpenter. Mr. Pretz is currently an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, Dale enjoys playing golf and taking part in family activities with his wife and three children.
