Sunbelt of Annapolis Acquired by Baltimore Office

ANNAPOLIS, MD, January 24, 2008 – Sunbelt®, the place to go to buy or sell a business®, is pleased to announce that Baze Vaziri and Steven L. Kousouris, owners of Sunbelt of Baltimore, are the new office owners of the Sunbelt office in Annapolis. They recently acquired the office from the previous owner, Michael Minnig.

Prior to joining Sunbelt in 2004, Mr. Vaziri worked in senior corporate management for 25 years. His experience includes public accounting, product and systems development, financial analysis and customer service. Baze is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the Mid-Atlantic Business Intermediaries Association (MABIA), Business Network International (BNI) and Business Opportunity Network (BON). Baze recently passed his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) exam. He, his wife and two children have resided in Baltimore for 25 years.

Baltimore native Steve Kousouris joined Sunbelt after 20 years in senior corporate management. Mr. Kousouris’ experience includes mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integration. He is also a member of the IBBA, MBBA and BNI. Steve has resided in Finksburg for the past ten years with his wife and two children. Steve has a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore.
