Bob Bohacik, M&AMI, CBI, BBS is an Owner and the Designated Broker of Arizona Sunbelt. Bob has over thirty five years experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur. He has sold over 100 businesses in Arizona, many of which were valued at $1 million dollars or more. His business ownership experience includes starting and operating six businesses in various fields of interest, including manufacturing, engineering, software development, real estate investment and management consulting. Bob has been a workshop leader and facilitator for a national training organization, and has counseled many CEO's and top level managers on the principles of leadership. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, mediation and negotiation, comprehensive business planning, corporate reorganization, productivity improvement, and strategic problem solving. He was a founder and three term State Chairman of the Arizona Business Brokers Association and has earned the prestigious designation of M&AMI (Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary) from the IBBA (International Business Brokers Association). Bob was honored as the 2004 Business Broker Of The Year by the Arizona Business Brokers Association. Dan Horton graduated from Rincon High in Tucson, and earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. His diverse experiences include being an aviation officer in the U.S. Navy, a stockbroker with EF Hutton, co-founder of a retail personal computer business, owner of a multi-store sporting goods company and a registered investment advisor. He also served a 1-year stint with a youth ministry in the San Francisco Bay area.
Having built, bought, and sold businesses of his own, he identifies with the perspectives, needs and priorities of those who are on both sides of the table. The Golden Rule is his guiding principle in all buyer and seller engagements.
Dan and his wife Nancy have been married for twenty-seven years. They have two grown children who, thankfully, live in Tucson as well.
