George has spent decades as an independent businessman as an owner operator and is a certified real estate and business broker. George spent 25 years in various aspects of the commercial real estate sector, including sales, development, leasing and property management. He spent 11 of those years working with foreign investors on high-profile developments in the Yorkville area of Toronto, including The Windsor Arms Hotel, 100 Yorkville Condominiums and 1 Sultan Street. George's interest in and experience as an independent business owner and in bringing parties together for a mutually beneficial outcome is an asset to anyone selling or buying a business.

James began his career working for some of the largest (by market capitalization) high tech companies in Canada, including: BCE, Nortel Networks, PMC-Sierra, and Newbridge Networks.

He was recruited to Silicon Valley, California where he worked at two leading edge high-tech startup companies that sold to the largest networking equipment and core infrastructure and service providers of the world. His job experience at these companies spanned design, research and development, technology and business assessment, marketing and sales, product strategy, and managing a $100M product line.

James has also worked in real estate, specializing in the sale of investment real estate. Additionally, he has built and sold his own companies in the Internet marketing and e-commerce space. He also co-owns a research and development tax consulting company.

James revels in being able to assist business sellers find ideal exit strategies and helping buyers find businesses that best meet their requirements. James holds a Bachelors of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

After Doug graduated in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, he spent his career as an entrepreneur starting and managing several high technology companies. The most successful company he started was Enhanced Vision Systems Corp. (London, Ontario), which commercialized a micro-CT scanner developed at Canada's largest non-profit medical research institute, the Robarts Research Institute. This company was eventual purchased by GE Medical Systems. Doug also worked at Terarecon Inc. (San Mateo, California), a multi-million dollar silicon valley start-up firm that develops leading edge 3D reconstruction technology for medical and industrial imaging applications. Doug was also a partner at Sciencetech Inc., a scientific instrumentation firm that sold custom optical spectroscopy instruments to researchers all over the world including NASA and the European Space Agency. Doug joined Sunbelt as a Principal in the Toronto office with the goal of assisting other business owners and entrepreneurs buy and sell businesses.

Marvin Pernica has been an independent real estate broker since becoming one in 1974, and has been primarily involved in the commercial sector of the real estate industry ever since.
 
He has worked in various capacities on the real estate industry including new home marketing, development financing, development consultation and syndicated investments and developments.

Marvin has worked with several major development and financial corporations throughout his career and is actively involved with a number of commercial plaza developments within Ontario.
