Dr. Rashid Khalid is a Licensed California Broker and has been selling businesses since 1998. Business transactions include pharmacies, medical supplies, adult day health care centers, messenger/ attorney services, restaurants, coffee shops, operating franchises and many other kinds. He has extensive experience in performing business valuations. Dr. Khalid received his PhD in Environmental Sciences from the University of Hawaii in 1974 and was an Associate Professor at Louisiana State University before moving to the consulting industry. Prior to starting business sales, Dr. Khalid was a senior manager for ICF Kaiser and Parsons Corporation, and managed multi-million dollar projects related to hazardous waste studies, design and clean-ups. With years of experience in the consulting industry, Dr. Khalid is keenly aware of client needs, both Seller and Buyer.
Arnold was born in Korea. His eductional background is in Atomic Energy Technology field. After working for US Army Post Exchange and then serving in the same position in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968, he immigrated to the US Army Reserve, serving for 3 years with honorable discharge. Arnold has been self-employed for 24 years, first in importing and exporting business, general construction business, then photo developing business. Arnold hold 2 US Patenets, and has been the chairman of the Korean American Inventors Association for 2 years. His credintials include a general contractor "B" license and business brokering licnese.
Brian has been a licensed agent since 1991. Prior to Business Brokerage, Brian founded a chain of cellular phone store totaling 18 in 7 different cities & two states with gross sales of over $5.2 Millions. To his credit Brian also has managed and operated very successful restaurants in San Fernando Valley. Brian's point of view is a simple common sense approach and basic fundamentals.
