Office Owner
I am a native San Antonian, born into a family with deep roots in Texas and specifically San Antonio. My great-grandfather settled in San Antonio in the mid 1800’s and developed one of the first dairies in the San Antonio area. Originally it began on the south-east side of San Antonio, and in later years he purchased several thousand acres of land from Leon Springs to Fair Oaks Ranch.
I have been in the Commercial Real Estate business for 32 years in the San Antonio area. My career started with Henry S. Millar Company, in 1979 where I advanced to Senior VP of the investment division. I later joined the Cushman Wakefield Co. of New York in the mid 80s in the investment/leasing division. Cushman Wakefield eventually moved from San Antonio, and I began to develop a specialty in the Real Estate/Business Market.

Stefan Lagmark brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in turnaround management and acquisition strategies to his team. Prior to forming Sunbelt, Stefan held several senior management positions with multinational corporations. In his most recent corporate assignment as VP of Marketing & Product Management for a publicly held software company, Stefan implemented a turnaround strategy that grew sales by more than 40% and increased the stock value by 2,000% in just over a year.
Originally born and raised in Sweden, Stefan earned his MBA in 1990 at Stockholm School of Economics, the only Nordic representative in ICEDR (International Consortium for Executive Development Research), a society comprising the 25 foremost business schools (Harvard University, MIT, Wharton, among others) in the world.
As a Business Broker, Stefan is an active member and past board member of the San Antonio chapter of Texas Association of Business Brokers. Other affiliations include the International Association of Business Brokers, and the Institute of Business Appraisers. Stefan is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Texas since 2002. Stefan speaks several languages and has extensive experience working in a multi-cultural environment.

Warren Pfeiffer, Jr. is a seasoned real estate professional. His background includes a successful track record in both real estate development and real estate banking.
Pfeiffer’s real estate development background spans 17 years and included single family and lot development as well as the development of limited service hotels across the United States. Additionally, he was managing partner for a regional real estate development firm and was responsible for site selection. Construction coordination, leasing and property management of community retail centers, apartments and office building projects in South Texas.
His real estate banking background includes terms with major banks such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Wachovia, where he held senior lending positions and was always assigned to the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group in Texas. Over his 24 year lending career he is directly responsible for lending over $2.5 Billion. Whether construction or standing loans, on all property types (apartments, retail, office or industrial) projects were located in Texas.
Additionally, he has managed and sold troubled assets (O.R.E.O.) across the southern United States.
Pfeiffer attained his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. He resides in San Antonio with his wife, Kathy and has three grown children. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker (35 years), Pfeiffer is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors. He is an avid golfer and hunter. He is a member of the Texas Sports officials Association and has had a 40 year career as a Football Official and member of NCAA Div. I. He is also a member of the Sons of the American Revolution.
