Sunbelt of Roanoke

Wayles Dandridge grew up in Roanoke and then, after graduating from Emory & Henry College with a degree in Business Management, moved to Richmond in 1991.  He spent 13 years in Richmond before returning home to Roanoke in 2004 to open his Sunbelt office.   He has extensive accounting and operations experience in the hospitality, retail, service and manufacturing sectors.  In addition to brokering numerous business sales, Wayles has also personally bought, sold, or started numerous businesses, both franchised and independent.
