Thomas Kerchner is a Certified Business Intermediary and Partner of Sunbelt of Reading, Lancaster and Lehigh Valley. Tom has over 25 years of business success in manufacturing, distribution and financial management. He was a key member of a management team which grew a business from $60 million to $220 million. He has been successful in transactions of numerous acquisitions, mergers and divestitures ranging in size from $50,000 to $1 billion. This experience has helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate the merger and acquisition process. Tom has owned businesses and turned around a business which had been in a thirty year decline. Through this and other business ventures, Tom learned an appreciation for the challenges and rewards of business ownership. Prior to joining Sunbelt, he helped businesses improve their performance through his ownership of a management consulting practice. With Sunbelt, Tom continues to enjoy helping business owners and potential buyers achieve their goals. He earned his MBA from Villanova University and has a degree in Finance from Indiana University of PA. Tom lives in Bernville, Pennsylvania with his wife and their children. He enjoys bicycling, hiking, reading and slicing golf balls.

David Clark is a Certified Business Intermediary and Partner of Sunbelt of Reading, Lancaster and Lehigh Valley and has broad-based experience in a number of business areas, including retail, manufacturing, distribution, and services. Dave spent much of his career in consumer products, and many of those years working in eastern Pennsylvania. He began in sales, where he drove significant growth in two major markets. His career progressed in marketing and brand management for a number of nationally-known brands. Over the last ten years he had been President of three businesses, ranging in size from $20 million to $200 million in sales. He has worked in small, privately-held companies as well as public companies, and has been actively involved in buying, selling, and integrating businesses of all sizes. Dave’s strength is in finding the greatest value in every opportunity, and creating the most positive outcomes possible for those he works with. Dave has a bachelors degree in Economics, and a Master of Business Administration, with concentrations in Marketing and Finance. Dave and his wife live in Center Valley, and have two children. In his free time he enjoys golf, traveling, and their two dogs.
Jennifer enjoys working closely with our clients to ensure a smooth process and maximize their success. While she is a trained business broker, her primary role is to assure the quality of our operations and marketing. Prior to Sunbelt, Jennifer owned, grew and sold her own business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University and enjoys playing and teaching piano, travel, kayaking and tennis. Her greatest joy is spending time with her family. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Bernville, PA.
Deborah Moore is a recognized leader in business transactions, management, consultation and negotiations. She brings 25 years of experience to her clients as a business owner, marketing specialist, manufacturing executive and leader in economic education. Ms. Moore has achieved the designation of Fellow of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and has been a member of the M&A Source. In 1996, Ms. Moore founded four Sunbelt offices in PA where she received the "Office of the Year Award" and is a founding board member of Sunbelt Business Advisors Network LLC (SBAN) Charleston, SC. Among her achievements, Ms. Moore was recognized as "Business Leader of the Year", one of the "Top 50 Business Women in PA" and the coveted Athena Award for business accomplishment and community leadership. Ms. Moore has successfully transitioned the sale of hundreds of private family businesses and large corporations. More recently she has specialized in providing consultation, valuations and middle market transactions. She has represented transactions locally, regionally and nationally from modest turnarounds to large complex structures. She currently serves as a director and Past President of the PA Business Brokers Association. Cliff Panneton has over 30 years experience in the Food and Beverage industry. He has held several key strategic positions in companies where he was instrumental in saving millions of dollars. He assisted in two acquisitions and one plant start-up which was completed in a record six-week period. He was essential to his company being awarded “Employer of the Year” for the state of PA in 2005. He was presented with the “Presidents Spirit of Supply” award in 2006, for conceptualizing and contributing to the success of an innovative Party and Variety Pack production line with $1.2M in savings. In 2007 he directed his plant to win the “Plant Reliability Award” for having the highest production efficiencies out of the seven facilities in North America. In 2008, Cliff started his own consulting company where he worked with food and beverage manufacturers to improve their productivity, sanitation, quality and sales. Cliff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Clarion University and is a member of the Reading Toastmasters Club.
Bruno brings a wealth of experience to his Sunbelt clients. Over his 30+ year career, as both a CEO and CFO for privately-held businesses, he's had involvement in manufacturing, distribution, construction, transportation, service and finance. In addition, his negotiating skills have been utilized as both a buyer and seller of various businesses - both large and small. As CEO, Bruno successfully led a financial turnaround and restructuring that increased sales from $55 million to in excess of $180 million and achieved record profitability in that industry. His management focus on financial and operational discipline gained him the respect of bankers and other professionals throughout Central PA. He also had prior Audit Manager experience for an international public accounting firm; focused on smaller, entrepreneurial clients. Bruno graduated from the College of William & Mary with a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He lives in Lancaster with his wife Sylvia and they have three children. In the Fall, he coaches high school football.
Derek Zbyszinski has a diverse background including entrepreneurial business ownership, public accounting, and private accounting. This background has afforded him extensive experience in financial management, tax planning, and problem solving. During his public accounting years, he supervised the tax department, consulted clients on tax strategies, and performed tax research projects. His entrepreneurial spirit prompted him to leave public accounting to pursue building a family business in the service industry. His abilities to learn quickly, manage cash flow, and facilitate a team environment proved to create a successful business which he sold just prior to joining Sunbelt. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, and Mathematics from Albright College and is a “Certified Public Accountant” in the state of Pennsylvania.
