Kevin Flynn, CPA, MBA, is a former financial manager with nearly twenty years of experience, Kevin has a breadth of business and financial knowledge obtained by working for companies in the real estate, technology, and leisure markets. He has developed skills including financial analysis, business plan development, management, and marketing that make him an excellent resource as a business advisor and broker. Kevin would like to put his experience and skills to work for you.
In addition to his corporate experience, Kevin has successfully started a small business in the auto sales and finance market that has consistently grown since its inception. He brings a passion to small business having grown up learning and working in the family restaurant and real estate business. His life goal as a successful business broker is to help others with a similar small business passion to successfully transition or obtain that milestone.
Kevin received an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University. He obtained his CPA certification in 1996.
Gina Hazlewood is an active business sales consultant. She majored in business management and has 15 years of corporate management experience in customer service and quality which has left her with a strong reputation of commitment and a proven ability to succeed.
She enjoys and appreciates the opportunity to be in a position to work with a variety of people and to get an education of their different businesses on a regular basis. She thrives on professionalism and dedication to her clients from the first contact all the way through to the closing of each sale and understands the importance of constant communication.

Ed has many years of Sales Management experience in the Medical Industry representing products of several Fortune 500 companies.
Ed and his wife Margaret owned Success Group, a business consulting company, which provided services including: Sales training, hiring solutions, client/staff satisfaction surveys, strategic expansion planning, team building and motivational speaking.
They also provided Franchise development and training for the Northwest territory of a National Real Estate company.
They have trained and coached clients in financial services, real estate, communications, non-profit, hospitality and healthcare.
Kelly’s business skills were fine tuned early in his life as he bought his first business (retail outlet) at the age of 19 while still attending business college and working a full time job as manager of two other retail stores. With boundless enthusiasm, Kelly then leapt into the motivation and training arena by sponsoring seminars and events for the likes of Tony Robbins, Tom Hopkins, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Denis Waitley, and others. Having been bit hard by the entrepreneurial bug, Kelly has sold electronics and other tools to the manufacturing sector, grew a specialty wall finish company from zero to over 40 employees and millions in sales, and most recently sold his interest in a mutli-million dollar marketing company which specialized in the business brokerage and mid-market merger & acquisitions arena.
Seeing after 25 years that his communication skills, business experience, and heart were meant for the business brokerage industry, Kelly chose to work with Sunbelt over all other companies he had worked with nationally for the last decade. Helping business buyers and sellers with his insight, patience, and support, Kelly clearly refines the process from searches, to valuations, and even past the closing of escrow. Margaret has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She moved to Phoenix from Boise Idaho where she had a business consulting and sales training firm.
Prior to that she worked in the securities and mortgage industries with Merrill Lynch. She brings her business analysis and investment skills to her role at Sunbelt Business Brokers.
Margaret is from Minnesota and is a graduate of Concordia College and New York University. She works with her partner, Ed Sangalli, to provide buyers and sellers with exceptional service and quality investments.
