Owner of the Pasadena Sunbelt Office, Sobhi has been assisting buyers and sellers in small businesses since 1991. His diverse business experience ranges from Real Estate development, franchise sales, management to actuarial consulting. Sobhi has been an associate of the Society of Actuaries since 1980, and since then he has managed and consulted for a number of insurance and franchise companies. In 1991 Sobhi purchased the rights for a national accounting firm in Southern California where he subsequently started 15 accounting practices. In 1993 Sobhi joined Franchise Network- the largest franchise consulting group in North America- and transferred his offices to Pasadena, California. Soon after, Sobhi acquired SUNBELT BUSINESS BROKERS of Pasadena, which is part of the largest business brokerage franchise in the U.S.
Sobhi is a Former Co-Owner of the entire Sunbelt Franchise, and is an active member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI).

Angelica worked for more than 25 years as an actuary for life insurance and actuarial consulting companies such as Metropolitan Life, Transamerica, Swiss Re and National Actuarial Network. As a reinsurance actuary, she worked with many national and international life insurance companies pricing, negotiating and auditing reinsurance contracts. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and her degrees include an Executive MBA from the Drucker Business School, Claremont University and a BS in Mathematics from the University of the Philippines.
She and her husband Sobhi own Sunbelt Business Brokers of Pasadena. Angelica has earned the designation of Certified Business Broker and Certified Business Intermediary. As a business broker, she helps people buy and sell businesses.

Alexander started his career in the United States in the insurance industry. After a couple of years working as an agent for Metropolitan Life, Alexander achieved recognition of his sales abilities when he was named top salesman of the year for the company's Western Region. He then branched out with his own agency and sold all forms of Life, Annuity, Health, Property and Casualty insurance products. In 1986, he obtained his general securities license (Series 7). His company subsequently grew to offer a full array of financial services.

As President and CEO of Square One, Ltd. and Parallel Holding, Ltd., he provided financial services for 17 years to Eastern European and Asian companies seeking to obtain loans and grants from US Aid, Ex Im Bank, and Bank of Reconstruction and Development issued through major US banks. Such companies included Bovis, UK and Parsons, US. He also helped small and medium size start up companies obtain commercial loans.
Henry Weaks is a seasoned business executive with many years of top management and board level positions. He served many years as Owner/CEO of Weaks Supply Company, Monroe, LA---a $30MM industrial and electrical distribution business with over 200 employees, operating at eight locations in three states throughout the Mid-South. Henry successfully sold this company to a large multi-national corporation in 1989.
In 1994, Henry established Weaks & Associates, in Los Angeles, CA.
