Prior to joining the Sunbelt team, Michele owned and operated several successful businesses. Twenty-five years of first-hand experience with daily operations, managing employees, and marketing have given her an extensive understanding of the business world. She believes that developing long term relationships, both personal and business, is imperative to a successful career as an intermediary. These relationships have led to a strong referral base from satisfied clients.
Michele’s professional credentials include an active membership in California Association of Business Brokers (CABB). She has earned from CABB the designation of Certified Business Broker (CBB).
Michele happily resides with her husband, an attorney, in Pasadena.
She and her husband Sobhi own Sunbelt Business Brokers of Pasadena. Angelica has earned the designation of Certified Business Broker and Certified Business Intermediary. As a business broker, she helps people buy and sell businesses.
Angelica is a member of International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), Industry Manufacturers Council (IMC) and a board member of the San Gabriel Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce. She is active in her community through Soroptimist International of Puente Hills and Toastmasters International and she is the President of the San Gabriel valley Consortium on Homelessness. Additionally, she is the Founder/President of Valley Housing Partners, a nonprofit that provides housing for homeless families and individuals.
In 1996, he ventured beyond the insurance and investment arena into international trade with stints as principal in a logistics company offering railroad transportation services, founder of an internet marketing company selling herbal products, and most recently owner of an Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) facility. During the sale of his ADHC, Alexander was fascinated with the professional services of the Business Broker. This led to his decision to become one. He saw the opportunity to help others navigate the transitions involved in buying or selling a business because of his experience owning, growing and selling businesses and building relationships with other professionals involved in such transactions. To further improve his knowledge and expertise as a business broker, he joined the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB).
Additionally, for over 12 years, Tom has taught leadership, entrepreneurship and business classes for Pasadena City College, Glendale Community College and Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. Concurrently, Tom has served in leadership roles in various community organizations including Board member and founder of the Pasadena City College Flea Market, President of the Board for the Pasadena Educational Foundation, Board Chair for Leadership Pasadena, Inc. and most recently served as President of the Board for the Pasadena Unified School District for 2 years 2008-2010.
As a California Licensed and Certified Business Broker, his mission and his passion is to ease the burden to sellers, while focusing on obtaining the highest possible price for the sale of their businesses.

In 1994, Henry established Weaks & Associates, in Los Angeles, CA. This venture became a multi-faceted, broad-based business, involved in managing personally owned real estate, raising capital for emerging companies, developing properties, and offering management consulting services to companies in industries as diverse as entertainment, e-commerce, real estate, industrial equipment, and insurance. Weaks & Associates was affiliated with the renowned innovative consulting firm, Resource Associates Corporation, of Mohnton, PA.
Henry is a graduate of the Culver Military Academy, Culver, IN and received a B.S. degree in Industrial Management from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA, His current activities include membership in the Rotary Club of Los Angeles. He is a current alumni member of the Young Presidents Organization and a past President of the Rotary Club of Monroe, LA. Additionally, he served many years on the Board of Directors of Central Bank, Monroe, LA, LCR-M Corporation, Baton Rouge, LA, as well as the Board of Trustees of The Culver Educational Foundation, Culver, IN.
Henry joined the Sunbelt team in 2002. He is an active member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), Southern California Business Brokers Network (SCBBN), the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and the M&A Source. He is one of a select few nationally to be awarded by IBBA the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), reflecting professionalism and dedication to the business brokerage industry. Additionally he has earned from CABB the designation of Certified Business Broker (CBB).
