He worked for the institution in the accounting, REO, treasury, and secondary marketing departments. Bill gained very valuable experience as a member of a team that developed a REO department that sold over $600 million in residential properties across the United States in one year and $1 billion over a two year period.

Before entering into the restaurant business, Ron worked in the software development industry as an engineer and manager. He developed various software programs including some military operations decision aid tools, GPS location based commercial applications, and data analysis tools. He also developed customized software solutions for the clients in logistics and trucking industries. He traveled to Mexico, China, and Korea to meet with the clients and put the clients' requirements into formalized software development contracts.
Ron is bilingual in Korean and has many contacts in both the US and Korea. He immigrated to the US, attended college, and earned a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego. He enjoys working with people and finding solutions to different challenges. His experience, contacts, education, and knowledge are a great asset when helping clients who are selling/buying businesses.
Gerry has worked in the real estate, finance, and technology industries in Orange County over her career and has many business and social contacts in the area. Gerry also has contacts in South Korea and the Korean community in the United States.
