In 1999, after Michelle M. Dunn and her partner sold all seven (7) locations of their business operation, she entered the business brokerage profession. Michelle has been repeatedly recognized for achieving the highest levels of success to include receiving the President's Award six (6) years running; an award presented to the top performing brokers in the Sunbelt system.
Michelle is one of 23 people in the State of Texas recognized as a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI); a Board Certified Broker (BCB) and a Texas Real Estate Agent (TREA).

Twenty-five years of experience in the corporate financial arena, acquisitions analysis, marketing and strategic planning. Education includes an MBA in finance from SMU and a BBA from OU. Recipient of the TABB DFW Chapter 2007 President's Award and has been a board member for 2 years, currently serving as a Vice President - Speakers and Sponsors. Also is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association serving on the Women's Forum and a Merger and Acquisition Source Member.
Jim Huddleston was recruited by Sunbelt Business Brokers following success with several businesses and industries. Jim's background in sales and promotion brings a unique perspective in marketing businesses for acquisition. Having bought and sold several businesses of his own, Jim is sensitive to the needs of both buyers and sellers. Ms. Perot has been a business broker for 8 years in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace. Ms. Perot’s vast experience runs the gamut from manufacturing, retail, government, medical and more. Her widespread understanding of how to position businesses to succeed in their marketplace gives you a competitive advantage when marketing your business to prospective buyers or customers. She is active in a number of business-related associations including IBBA, TABB, and the Junior League of Dallas. She is a previous President of DFW American Marketing Association, and has served on the board of directors for the Dallas Zoological Society, DFW Interactive Marketing Association and The 500, Inc. Ms. Perot has 2 master’s degrees from Louisiana State University, one in Marketing and one in Mass Communications. Her undergraduate degree is in Journalism from Ohio University. In addition to business brokerage, she has been a professional for 16 years in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations.
William E. “Gene” Sollows is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and has spent his professional career helping individuals and small business owners navigate the perils of the legal system. As a sole owner of a law firm who successfully purchased, grew and sold his practice, Gene intimately understands all phases of business ownership.
