A born and raised Romanian native with a strong interest in business valuation. Marian has worked as a District Manager in the retail business and has earned a Finance and Commercial Law Degree from Western Michigan University. Marian spends a lot of time doing equity research and is always open to learning more about capital markets. In his spare time he is an active runner who also enjoys basketball, football and chess.
George A. Indestad is a financial executive and consultant with over 30 years of solid experience in a number of different industries. Mr. Indestad has worked closely with small businesses, construction companies, banks, divisions of national companies and with agricultural entities. He holds a Degree in Business Administration and a Graduate Degree in Commercial Lending.
He has held positions as the CEO of several community banks, as the Chief Financial Officer/Controller of companies, and as a Financial/Business Consultant to a variety of organizations. Willis H. Jones, a native of East Tennessee, currently resides in Johnson City. After graduating high school, he served with the U.S. Army from 1961-1964 in Germany, attaining the rank of Sergeant. He acquired over 36 years experience in management, marketing and sales with the Sherwin-Williams Paint Company. Heather South brings to Sunbelt her calculated approach, innovative ideas, integrity and results-oriented actions. She is a lifelong resident of Nashville, TN and has been with the firm since 2003. She is the Office Manager and assists in running the day-to-day operations, facilitating Brokers and clients to get the deal closed, as well as some part-time brokering. She also handles marketing of all the businesses and social media networks. Through her marketing efforts, Ms. South has increased sales and is a vital key to Sunbelt's success.
Jim Thaden is a 17 year resident of Middle Tennessee and former CEO/ President of three prominent Nashville businesses. Throughout his career, he has led acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances and partnerships in the United States, Western Europe and APAC. He was also a key participant in a highly successful international IPO. Jim's "hands on" industry experience includes health, technology and entertainment services, as well as printing, packaging, customer care and distribution.
