Prior to their marriage each had owned their own business and knows what it’s like to start, build and sell a company. Since their marriage they have owned a manufacturing and Internet company and identify with both buyers and sellers because, they have been there, and done that.
When they’re not helping buyers and sellers realize their dreams, they enjoy a round of golf, a match on the tennis court or a walk around the lake with their two Golden Retrievers. Mike coaches their son’s baseball team and Nacia teaches figure skating in her free time. They both enjoy watching their son play varsity football. They also have a son going to Augsburg and a daughter at Bethany. Nacia is a Gustavus graduate and Michael entered the business world after high school.

Bob Harris
After graduating from Augsburg College with a degree in Finance (minor in Accounting), Bob started a transportation/logistics company which grew to 93 employees and over $3,000,000 in revenues. He sold the company to Fidelity Capital, a division of Fidelity Investments. Bob has also been a general manager for a large respiratory health care company and managed an accounting/financial consulting service for Robert Half International before joining Sunbelt Business Brokers as a licensed business broker in Minnesota.
As a former business owner, Bob has first-hand experience with the challenges of growing and managing a company and can relate to how emotional the process of selling a business can be. In addition to selling his own company, Bob has purchased multiple businesses before and understands what is important from the buyer’s perspective. Bob’s knowledge and abilities will help the business owner position, value and market their business for maximum return.
Bob lives in Prior Lake, Minnesota with his wife Lynne and their two children. He has been active as a coach and volunteer for Prior Lake youth athletics.

Michelle is the founder of The Guest Key, LLC, an investment company and co-founder of Integrity Connective, Inc. a conflict resolution corporation specializing in business to business negotiation, mediation and arbitration. Previously, she has practiced law privately and in government. For six years, she held a position as Adjunct Professor at Mount Mercy University teaching Employment and Labor Law, Business Law and Conflict Resolution.
She volunteers through community conflict resolution programs and has held many board positions with community organizations, most recently as an Advisor to Citizens for People with Disabilities.
