Mr. Twohig brings over 25 years of small business ownership and management consulting experience to the Sunbelt London office. Mr Grabo has joined the London Sunbelt office after spending many years in various business-oriented endeavours. Ownership and General Managerial duties in precast concrete occupied two decades of his life and were preceded and succeeded by experience in organizations involved in manufacturing and construction. Additional valuable time was spent on boards of directors in both private business and associations.
Ray has also added the credential ‘CMSBB’ (Certified Main Street Business Broker) to his Master of Business Administration to aid his clients’ transactions. As required in Ontario Ray is a Real Estate ‘Registrant.’

Rick has over 30 years of business experience both in the private and public sectors including national and international management consulting. He has extensive negotiating experience having represented multi-national corporations in numerous labour contract negotiations.
Having owned and operated three businesses, he understands the complexities of today’s business world and relates well to the needs of the individual business owner.
His formal training as a Mediator lends itself well to getting the deal done and having both parties come out a winner. Rick is a member of the American Business Brokers Association, The National Equipment and Business Builders Institute and the International Society of Business Analysts [SBA].
Rick is a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser [CMEA] who can assist clients in all their machinery and equipment appraisal needs. Additionally he is a Certified Main Street Business Broker [CMSBB]
Robert was actively looking to buy a business in the fall of 2004 and met with Sunbelt in Ottawa to understand the process of buying a business. He was so intrigued by the superior Sunbelt process that he decided to open his own office! Rob is now putting his experience to work helping others to achieve their goals. This includes: 1 - helping current business owners to sell their business confidentially with minimal risk that maximizes their after tax return and 2 - to help people with the dream of owning their own business to find the right business for them at the best terms possible. Rob is an international entrepreneur with extensive management, operations, business development and project management experience. Rob has experience working in Global markets and also has small business experience in Canada and currently owns several businesses in Ontario. Robert started with Sunbelt in January of 2005 and trained in the Ottawa office before moving to the KW/Guelph area in August 2005. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and is one of 12 people in Canada that has received the Certified Business Intermediary designation. With his Engineering and Business background he focuses primarily on medium sized manufacturing and light industry businesses with 1 to 20 Million in sales.
Prior to joining Sunbelt, Mr. Mitchell was with the highly respected company of Procter & Gamble where he held several management positions around the world. Mr. Mitchell received his Engineering Degree from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton. He attained his Masters of Business from Rutgers University of New Jersey while living in Beijing China. He gave the valedictorian address to the graduating class in Beijing in 2000. Robert is also a licensed Realtor for Ontario. His world revolves around his wife and two young sons.
