Over 30 years experience in manufacturing management ranging from welded fabrication to electronic assembly. Experience in logistics includes traffic manager for major Fortune 100 division and start up of warehouse operations. Have owned several small businesses and rental properties. Is a licensed real estate agent and a member of International Business Brokers Association

For more than two decades, Mike and Kathy Shepard have worked as a husband and wife Team.
