After 13 years in technical sales and business management positions for one of the Big Three companies in the Chemical Industry, Mr. Hall left the corporate world and founded his own photofinishing business in 1983. It grew every year under his guidance until it was sold in 2003 through Sunbelt Business Brokers, and is still flourishing.
With an Engineering Degree from Purdue and practical knowledge "in the trenches" as a start-up entrepreneur for 20 years, his experiences are widely varied, particularly in technical, manufacturing, or "value added" types of businesses. As a senior member of the 1960 office, he has handled deals as small as $50,000 and up to $2 million, mostly on businesses in Montgomery County and North West Harris County.

Young Kwon came to Houston from Korea 35 years ago. Prior to arriving in Houston, Mr. Kwon acquired experience in the textile finishing and manufacturing industries while working in their business and accounting departments, in addition to owning his own retail business. After moving to Houston, Mr. Kwon worked for a convenience store chain as the training store assistant manager and supervisor. For health reasons, he quit and started his own company as a business developer, which involved searching for ideal locations for stores as well as built-in stores for sale. He has experience in buying, selling, trading, counseling, and appraising businesses as an insurance agent and business broker. Mr. Kwon has been a Sunbelt Business Broker since 2006.
In the early 1990s, he managed a division of Prudential California Realty in southern California, which was later acquired by Warren Buffet of Berkshire Hathaway.
Past clients include Allen Paulson, founder of Gulfstream Aerospace, for whom he personally managed in excess of $100,000,000 in real estate throughout the United States. He has also represented Joan Kroc, wife of Ray Kroc, founder of McDonalds; Kirk Kirkorian, owner of MGM film studios and MGM Casinos; and Herb Boyer, founder of Genentech and one of the discoverers of the worlds first recombinant DNA organism.
Mr. Moncada, with his partner, purchased sub-performing pharmacies throughout the United States from CVS in 2002 and added several locations. Within three years, they merged with Moms Pharmacy, based in New York state and went public in March of 2005. The company is currently trading under Allion Healthcare on the NASDAQ.
Mr. Moncada attended Baylor University on a full tennis scholarship after winning The Texas Junior State Tennis Title in both singles and doubles. While at Baylor, he earned national honors as a top collegiate.
Most recently, Mr. Moncada has been certified as a federally approved agent for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to assist in the liquidation of failed bank assets.
Mr. Moncada lives in northwest Houston with his wife Debra. They have 2 grown children.

He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, active in the Texas Association of Business Brokers, and a member of the Society of Commercial Certified Realtors. In addition, through his successful completion of a comprehensive training program, a cumulative examination and his overall demonstration of a high level of competency in the business brokerage profession and the business sale transaction process, David has earned the Certified Main Street Business Broker (CMSBB) professional designation.
During this time, acquisitions were an important component of the growth strategy Mr. Spolane employed to increase the value of this group of companies. In this effort, he has been intimately involved in a number of acquisition/sale transactions and the process required to bring them to completion. This broad experience affords Mr. Spolane a unique understanding of the issues related to business acquisitions from both the seller and buyer perspective.
Mr. Spolane earned a BBA degree in accounting from the University of Texas. Being a native Houstonian and having spent his entire business career in the community, Mr. Spolane is highly qualified in assisting sellers and buyers achieve their respective goals.
Mr. Teusink has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has been active in the Houston market since 1976 dealing with sales, mergers, acquisitions and financing of small and middle market companies. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and structuring of business sales and purchases. As a Business Broker, Mr. Teusink has listed and/or sold over 60 businesses. His background as a business owner and expertise in various service related industries, wholesale and distribution industries, and other commercial industries allows him to work with both buyers and sellers to achieve their goals.
Prior to entering the field of business sales, Doug spent over 30 years in the Automobile industry with 10 new car franchises and employing over 1,000 people.
The last 10 years he has served as a consultant, trainer, and lecturer to the auto and advertising industries. Doug has served on the advisory boards for Ford, Lincoln-Mercury and General Motors.
