Pj is a licensed Virginia Real Estate Broker and Certified Main Street Business Broker emphasizing on business transactions as well as commercial sales and leasing in the Greater Hampton Roads area. Pj Joined the Sunbelt team in May of 2006 when the office was located in Virginia Beach. In August of 2010, Pj established MainStreet Commercial, a real estate sales and leasing firm focusing on the commercial sector of the greater Hampton Roads area. As of May 2011, Pj and his partners relocated both Sunbelt and MainStreet commercial to a free-standing building on the corner of Granby Street and Delaware Avenue in Norfolk. Over the past 27 years, Kevin Burdick has been involved as an intermediary in commercial transactions totaling over $380 million and 6.6 million square feet. The transactions included office buildings, industrial warehouses, retail establishments and raw land. In addition, Mr. Burdick has redeveloped and leased over 280,000 square feet of industrial space in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to working as an intermediary, Mr. Burdick worked for Hunt Properties out of Dallas, Texas where he assisted in restructuring a $750 million real estate portfolio and Prudential Realty Group in the Sales and Acquisitions Group. In the course of his career, Mr. Burdick has developed the experience and analytical skills necessary to represent clients with their business needs. With the turmoil in today's financial markets, Mr. Burdick's creative problem solving skills and understanding of finance can assist clients in structuring transactions that work for both buyer and seller. Mr. Burdick graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with an MBA with a concentration in finance. Mr. Burdick has a B.S. in Civil Engineering with honors from Michigan State University. For the past 31 years, Simin Mohit has been a proud resident and active member of the Norfolk community.
