Reza has a B. Com. and MBA in Finance and Accounting and is a member of International Business Brokers Association. He has extensive experience in accounting and financial management, worked as an accountant, financial controller and administrator in international organizations for the past 10 years. Reza has years of experience owning and running businesses in the field of construction, import and export and services. Reza’s ability to read, understand and interpret financial statements is an asset both to buyers and the sellers. He is an experienced administrator and businessman whose expertise will help sellers and buyers in achieving their goals.

Rob was actively looking to buy a business in the fall of 2004 and met with Sunbelt in Ottawa to understand the process of buying a business. He was so intrigued by the superior Sunbelt process that he decided to open his own office! Rob is now putting his experience to work helping others to achieve their goals. This includes: 1 - helping current business owners to sell their business confidentially with minimal risk that maximizes their after tax return and 2 - to help people with the dream of owning their own business to find the right business for them at the best terms possible. Rob is an international entrepreneur with extensive management, operations, business development and project management experience. Rob has experience working in Global markets and also has small business experience in Canada and currently owns several businesses in Ontario. Robert started with Sunbelt in January of 2005 and trained in the Ottawa office before moving to the KW/Guelph area in August 2005. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and is one of 12 people in Canada that has received the Certified Business Intermediary designation. With his Engineering and Business background he focuses primarily on medium sized manufacturing and light industry businesses with 1 to 20 Million in sales.
Prior to joining Sunbelt, Mr. Mitchell was with the highly respected company of Procter & Gamble where he held several management positions around the world. Mr. Mitchell received his Engineering Degree from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton. He attained his Masters of Business from Rutgers University of New Jersey while living in Beijing China. He gave the valedictorian address to the graduating class in Beijing in 2000. Robert is also a licensed Realtor for Ontario. His world revolves around his wife and two young sons.
