Ed Krajcir is the Broker-Owner of the Brookfield Office of Sunbelt Business Brokers and is a partner in Sunbelt Midwest, which consists of offices in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. Ed has had a varied and diverse background. While attending the University of Wisconsin, Madison and pursuing a BS degree, he owned and managed several investment properties. Additionally, he owned and operated a business forms distributor. After graduating he worked for the largest natural gas distribution contractor in the country. His primary focus was setting up new departments and working on new and innovative ventures for the company. Ed worked domestically for a few years then transferred to overseas operations. He was the Manager of European Operations setting-up offices in the Eastern Europe arena. Furthering his career, he was made Manager of Asian operations and resided in China for approximately one-year. He returned to the U.S. where he was recruited to work for a manufacture of underground ground construction equipment, running a large division of their company specializing in trenchless pipe installation. After several years, he again was recruited as the Vice President of Sales at a contract packaging company. Through the course of his career managing divisions and departments he still had the internal drive to be self-employed and control his destiny again. After extensive research and investigation he noted a need for a professional business brokerage office in Southeast Wisconsin. Ed initiated significant due diligence on the industry and determined Sunbelt was the largest and most productive business brokerage firm nationally. At that, he partnered with Scott Evert-Owner of Sunbelt Midwest and located in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office, and subsequently opened the Brookfield Office. Since conception, the Brookfield Brokerage Firm has since grown to be the largest business broker in the State of Wisconsin.

Ken has a diverse background from working on start up companies to being the general manager of a manufacturing company. In addition, he has worked in multiple sales capacities all the way up to International Sales Manager of a Fortune 200 company.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Ken brings real life experience, which provides valuable insight into the complexities and process of the negotiations required to successfully complete business transactions. Annually recognized as the top contributor in the Milwaukee Sunbelt office.

Ken brings a wealth of over 18 years of knowledge and experience in building, buying, selling, managing, and financing small business operations.

Ken’s experience includes over 10 years as a top-producing mortgage broker, five of those years as owner and President of an independent WI-based brokerage. He also worked as a finance and receivables consultant to medical, retail, insurance, banking, and government entities. Additionally, Ken has experience in providing supplies and specialty tooling to the construction trades on both the wholesale and retail level, both as a salesman and as a manager.

Client’s, customers and business associates know Ken as a ‘Go-To Guy’ for solutions and answers that create a win-win for those who work with him.

When not helping clients, Ken is a devoted father, avid hunter, bicyclist, and award-winning cook.

He also worked hand-in-hand with the top executive in design and implementation of new product lines. Additional past experience includes national sales management and execution of national marketing strategies for retail and manufacturing companies.

Vanessa is a graduate of the International Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa, FL.  She brings her BFA in Digital Art & Technology, along with a Certificate of Business Administration and over 3 yrs of experience in the real estate industry to the Sunbelt Team. Before joining Sunbelt, she was the regional Advertising & Marketing Manager for a national real estate company and has held key positions in  administration, marketing, graphic design and communications.

Jim’s knowledge of business comes from 22 years in the Wholesale Plumbing and Heating Industry with experience in Warehousing, Purchasing, Estimating, Management and Outside Sales. Jim fine tuned his management and sales skills as Project Director for the book “Milwaukee City by the Water” with Milwaukee notable Bob Uecker. From there Jim opened his own Manufacturer’s Rep. Agency, contracting out to manufacturers as their Sales and Service force while also working in the Real Estate Industry. Jim holds a State of Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s License.

Todd brings valuable experience to Sunbelt Business Brokers. To start his career, Todd attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. This is where to built the foundation of his 20 year career in sales and sales management working for three Fortune 100 companies. After starting his career in sales, he was promoted to sales management and lead a variety of sales teams in Wisconsin.. From there he was recruited to assist his new employer in expanding their product and service offerings. Finally his success at that position lead him to be recruited to a multi-state District Sales Manager position where he lead a top performing sales team. While working for these companies Todd began investing and managing his own investment real estate. In 2004 Todd pursued the desire to control his own destiny by owning his own business and became a multi-unit franchise restaurant owner/operator.

This experience as an investor, a business owner and corporate management provides a unique perspective on business ownership, start up, acquisition and management to both buyers and sellers.
