Ed Krajcir is the Broker-Owner of the Brookfield Office of Sunbelt Business Brokers and is a partner in Sunbelt Midwest, which consists of offices in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. Ed has had a varied and diverse background. While attending the University of Wisconsin, Madison and pursuing a BS degree, he owned and managed several investment properties. Additionally, he owned and operated a business forms distributor. After graduating he worked for the largest natural gas distribution contractor in the country. His primary focus was setting up new departments and working on new and innovative ventures for the company. Ed worked domestically for a few years then transferred to overseas operations. He was the Manager of European Operations setting-up offices in the Eastern Europe arena. Furthering his career, he was made Manager of Asian operations and resided in China for approximately one-year. He returned to the U.S. where he was recruited to work for a manufacture of underground ground construction equipment, running a large division of their company specializing in trenchless pipe installation. After several years, he again was recruited as the Vice President of Sales at a contract packaging company. Through the course of his career managing divisions and departments he still had the internal drive to be self-employed and control his destiny again. After extensive research and investigation he noted a need for a professional business brokerage office in Southeast Wisconsin. Ed initiated significant due diligence on the industry and determined Sunbelt was the largest and most productive business brokerage firm nationally. At that, he partnered with Scott Evert-Owner of Sunbelt Midwest and located in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office, and subsequently opened the Brookfield Office. Since conception, the Brookfield Brokerage Firm has since grown to be the largest business broker in the State of Wisconsin.

Many network contacts in Banking, Accounting, Consulting and Legal arenas to assist buyers and sellers in accomplishing their goals. Ken has a diverse background from working on start up companies to being the general manager of a manufacturing company. In addition, he has worked in multiple sales capacities all the way up to International Sales Manager of a Fortune 200 company.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Ken brings real life experience, which provides valuable insight into the complexities and process of the negotiations required to successfully complete business transactions. Annually recognized as the top contributor in the Milwaukee Sunbelt office.

David joined Sunbelt with over 17 years of diverse experience in helping business owners improve their bottom line. As a District Manager for one of the largest systems integrators, David provided leadership for businesses to compete globally using automation and lean manufacturing techniques. He also worked for two well known robot companies where he used his creativity to develop state-of-the-art manufacturing systems.

With years of experience working with business owners in the acquisition of capital equipment, he is following his passion for business transaction sales. Today, David brings his experience and leadership to help people buy and sell businesses of all sizes and industries. He is a business broker for Sunbelt Midwest and holds a Wisconsin real estate license. Sunbelt Midwest has offices in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota.

Kate is a recent graduate of Mount Mary College in Milwaukee. She brings her B.A. in Communication, along with an emphasis in English Professional Writing and Art, to the Sunbelt Team. Before joining Sunbelt, she interned at Northwestern Mutual on their Investment Products & Services Communication team. Kate speaks basic Spanish, and is eager to expand her skills.

Mark brings more than a decade of experience working with small businesses, ranging from retail to manufacturing. Mark worked exclusively on closing the top deal ever recorded for a small manufacturing concern, the buyer being a Fortune 500 company. He also worked hand-in-hand with the top executive in design and implementation of new product lines. Additional past experience includes national sales management and execution of national marketing strategies for retail and manufacturing companies.

Mark brings a level of creativity to the process of buying and selling a business that is often required in complex transactions. In 2005 and 2006, Mark earned the Sunbelt President's Award for attaining the rank of Million Dollar Achiever. Frank is an experienced transaction and operational manager with executive level experience. Having worked in the private equity world for a majority of his professional career, his background includes buying, selling, and operating small to medium sized business in several different industries including information technology, consumer products, manufacturing, gaming, entertainment, real estate, and restaurants.

Frank has also done considerable consulting work for distressed companies both public and private. Frank was appointed as a chief restructuring officer for three publicly held companies and has experience in managing turnaround efforts, corporate bankruptcy cases, developing plans of reorganization, orderly liquidations, divestitures and or dissolution of assets.

Having been on all sides of the transaction, Frank understands the intricate needs of all parties involved, including the buyer, seller, lender, and investors. Frank’s transactional experience and integrity allows him to help all parties successfully navigate through the entire transaction.

Frank earned BS degrees in both Marketing and Production & Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh, and holds a Wisconsin real estate license.
