Office Owner
Ward started an export company, a merger practice, and a construction company, as well as having purchased two existing companies over the years. He was Director of Operations for a Fortune 500 company and was an integral part of their Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team. Ward was quite active on their team for strategic acquisition searches, and as a member of their executive team participated in strategic planning sessions.
Ward has two degrees-one in Mechanical Engineering the other in International Business. Ward also holds a Broker real estate license in MS and FL. He is Past-President for his Toastmasters club and Rotary Club. He is also past Vice Chair for his City Planning Commission and past Vice Chair of the President's Council for Sunbelt. Ward is on the Board of Directors for Rotary, TOCC, CASA, and YMCA. Ward is an avid tennis player and salt water fisherman.
