Welcome, Sunbelt Business Advisors & Brokers of Kern County is dedicated to providing the best possible venue for bringing buyers and sellers of businesses together. John Willingham brings over 30 years of commercial real estate and business brokerage experience to serve his clients. John is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and holds their Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation. John is also affiliated with the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) as well as the (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors. John is also a member of the Bakersfield Association of Realtors and is very active in the industry.

Mr. Allred is the author of two published books on business development: The Family Business, and Best Practices of High Performance Entrepreneurs. He is the co-creator of the Hot 100 Business Development process that is increasing gross revenue and job growth in four states. His mission is to help 50,000 business owners to increase gross revenue by $1 million each in preparation for succession or sale. Several clients have been honored as the fastest growing businesses in North America in Inc and Entrepreneur Magazines.
Russ was rookie of the year and a top performer at NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate for five years. Mr. Allred is adjunct faculty at Cal State Bakersfield and University of Lavern, where he teaches marketing and strategic management. He is a professional speaker and has spoken to thousands of business owners across North America.

I achieved my college education in Business and have held Vice President positions for several large financial & accounting institutions.
After achieving and exceeding all of my goals in the business environment, I established my own alternative financing institutions in Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks, California in 1987 and 1998. I obtained my Real Estate License in 2001. I have since provided my services in the specialty of Business Opportunity Negotiations, Business Acquisitions’ and Consulting.
