Mr. Holt has over 30 years experience selling, buying, owning and operating small and mid-sized businesses and has also worked in several, varying positions including broker, proprietor, consultant, investor and manager.  In addition to business brokerage, he has direct operational experience in many industries, including home building, food service and vending, wireless communications and metals manufacturing.
