 Sunbelt®, the place to go to buy or sell a business®, is pleased to announce that David Tabone and John Cahoon, owners of the Sunbelt office in Seal Beach (Orange County, CA), are the new owners of another Sunbelt office in Orange County, Sunbelt of Irvine.  The office was recently acquired from the previous owner, Rick Eggleton.

Mr. Tabone spent fifteen years in Financial Services, where he raised assets for mutual fund companies and was a consultant to both money center banks and national securities brokerage firms.  David spent three years living and working in Asia where he managed the emerging markets division for Asia’s largest trade media company. David is a skilled multi-cultural facilitator and negotiator and to that end has closed transactions in eight foreign countries.

Mr. Cahoon started his career in a Fortune 100 company managing areas such as materials/operations, industrial engineering, manufacturing and administrative functions.  The other half of John’s career was spent owning, consulting and performing at an executive level for small firms engaged in distribution, international manufacturing, contract manufacturing, negotiations, consulting and national sales.  He has sold a wide variety of companies during his career, and has consulted with CEO’s of companies ranging in sales from $500,000 to over $90 million.
