Sunbelt of Cincinnati #2 Acquired by Miami Valley, OH Office

Sunbelt of Miami Valley announced today the acquisition of Sunbelt of Cincinnati #2, a leading business brokerage firm in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets.

Sunbelt of Miami Valley currently operates in the Greater Dayton area.  The completion of this transaction positions Sunbelt of Miami Valley to become the leading business brokerage firm in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Sunbelt of Miami Valley will continue to operate out of its Dayton, OH office and will support this acquisition with an office in Blue Ash, OH .  A plan to open another office in West Chester, OH within the next year is being considered.
