Mr. de Renouard brings a wealth of knowledge in sales, marketing, management and finance to Sunbelt. This knowledge, combined with experience as a commercial real estate agent, enables Erik to professionally facilitate the business sales process. Prior to joining Sunbelt, Mr. de Renouard was the General Manager and Vice-President of a local Toyota franchise. He currently serves as a Commissioner for the City of Hot Springs Central Improvement District and is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Erik enjoys boating, traveling and tennis. He and his wife Wanda currently reside on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs.
