Mr. Lichter has been a business broker in the Pittsburgh office for the past two years and was named the 2007 office sales leader. Prior to joining Sunbelt, John had two decades of experience as an entrepreneur and business broker. He enjoys whitewater kayaking, snowboarding and riding his vintage BMW motorcycle. John and his fiancé Ann recently relocated to Morgantown from Pittsburgh.
