Karen enjoys her work immensely as an intermediary representing Sellers in the transfer of their businesses. She is also a commercial real estate broker. Her involvement in the community includes The Rotary Club of Tulsa, The Tulsa Foundation for Architecture, The International Linen Registry Foundation and a Missions Board developing a medical clinic for children in Niger, Africa. Karen and her husband Ben reside in Tulsa and have a blended family of five Children and nine Grandchildren.

He established a small manufacturing company, including a retail outlet, before joining Sunbelt. Mr. Boan is a widower. He has four grown children and ten Grandchildren.
