Mr. Winterburn established his Sunbelt office after nearly 25 years of executive experience in operations, marketing and sales with Fortune 100 companies. He worked closely with owners and senior management of nationally recognized companies in a variety of industries. His core experience dealt with durable goods and the dynamics of consolidating industries. As a singularly focused and highly motivated senior executive, Mr. Winterburn brings to his practice a wealth of expertise in developing a market vision, strategic planning, coordinating complex business deals, developing productive teams and improving the bottom line. In 1994, he was given responsibility for B. F. Goodrich brand tires. He developed and guided the implementation of the strategic plan, which took the brand from a ten year low to record highs of $500,000,000 in three years.
During his years as a successful senior executive, Mr. Winterburn experienced Merger & Acquisition activity from both the buying and selling positions. In 1989, Mr. Winterburn was part of a successful LBO management team at Uniroyal Goodrich when Michelin acquired it.
Mr. Winterburn earned a Masters Degree in Business from Mankato State University and has continued his professional growth by participating in numerous seminars and workshops. |

He has owned or been partners in four businesses, with over twelve years in property management and almost thirty years experience in the carwash industry.
