This 20 year old metal fabrication and structural steel business with a reputation for good service and high quality of work is now available for sale.  Supply only on some contracts, supply and install on others, and steel frame erection on some commercial and institutional building sites.

Business is very strong and the Company has a multi-year track record of steady sales volumes.  Bidding takes place to secure contracts, sometimes by invitation only.  This business is often a subcontractor for the larger commercial construction companies like Graham Construction and Quorex. Contracts in place to secure work for the future.    Many knowledgeable and experienced staff.  Extensive list of good quality shop equipment.  Business will be sold complete with shop equipment, vehicles, loaders, and working capital (accounts receivable, inventory, and accounts payable).  Room for expansion at the current premises, which can be leased or purchased.

Ability to read blueprints would be beneficial to the Purchaser but training on that is available locally.

Owner, who would like to retire after 20 years in the business, will remain on for as long as it takes to ensure a successful transition to the new Owner(s).
