The Golf Course, is a well-established nine-hole public golf course situated in a beautiful setting in northern Oregon on a stunning 60 acre property. The tree-lined course, originally developed in 1962, offers a tight-course challenge for golfers of all ages. In addition to the par 36 course, the property includes a clubhouse with beer, wine and snacks, large shop building, owner s home, twenty three rental carts (gas), and an abundance of equipment used for maintaining the grounds. The Owners purchased the Company in 1986, and have made multiple improvements which include several outbuildings/storage areas, a small office addition, improved tee boxes, and other facility improvements which include sprinklers and greens work. The current Owners have concluded that the Golf Course would be best served with an on-site owner who has the experience and energy to actively manage the course and increase the marketing of the business. Currently there is no website or an on-site pro shop w/ golf pro, and the Owners feel that these additions would provide a substantial boost to the current operations. Accordingly, they desire to identify a new owner to build on the improvements they have made, and take the Golf Course to its next level of success and profitability.
