Tim is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a BS in Chemical Engineering and started his career in chemical sales with a fortune 500 company. After several successful years in chemical sales, Tim had the opportunity to purchase his first business which he owned and operated over an 8 year period. This business was in the specialty contracting industry and grew in size and value and was eventually sold. Tim purchased another business in the retail paint industry and operated that business for another 2 years whereupon the business was again successfully sold to a new owner. The involvement of buying and selling his own businesses lead Tim to pursue an opportunity with Sunbelt Business Brokers. Tim purchased the Sunbelt Augusta, GA / Aiken, SC territory in 1998 and later purchased the Savannah, GA territory in 2000. Over the years Tim has been involved in over 100 sales of businesses large and small where his experience and expertise has provided for a smooth transition of the business from the sellers to the buyers. Tim is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and is a candidate for the Certified Business Intermediary accreditation. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. |

David is a graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with a BSBA in Marketing. His career started with computer systems sales in the Cincinnati area. In 1994 David and his family moved to Hilton Head Island, SC where he began a career in the golfing industry. In 1998 he earned his Class A status with the PGA of America. He held the title of Head Golf Professional until April of 2007 when he decided to join the Sunbelt team. David is licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and South Carolina and brings a high level of customer service to the Savannah office. He and his wife Mary and two children reside in South Carolina. |

Marcus was introduced to the field of economics early on in his career by successfully completing the International Economics Program in Sweden as well as an extensive internship with Bird & Bird Law Firm in London. Through these experiences, Marcus has grown professionally and has gathered an incredible knowledge base for business economics. He is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Economics from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA. In addition, Marcus can speak four languages: English, German, Swedish and Norwegian.

Carroll attended Georgia Southern University where he successfully graduated with a degree in Public Relations. Carroll then spent sixteen years in the extended agri-business industry which afforded him the opportunity to purchase an insurance agency specializing in long-haul trucking in 1990. This lucrative agency focused on providing insurance for the robust trucking industry of Georgia. In 1999, Carroll purchased a second insurance agency that provided personal insurance to the local population. After profitably running these two agencies, he decided it was time to sell in 2006. Carroll's previous business experience in buying and selling has given him extensive knowledge and a great foundation as a Business Broker. Carroll has the expertise needed to successfully help business owner's and business buyers to effectively sell and buy profitable businesses as well. Carroll joined the Sunbelt team in December of 2007 after receiving his credentials as a business broker. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia. Carroll and his wife Carolyn have two daughters and two grandsons and live in Millen, Georgia. |
