He started his career in a fortune 100 company managing such areas as materials/operations mgt, industrial eng, mfg, and administrative functions. He spent the other half of his career owning, consulting, and performing at an executive level for small firms engaged in distribution, international mfg, contract mfg, negotiations, consulting, and national sales. He has sold a wide variety of companies during his career, and has consulted with CEO's of companies ranging in sales from $500k to over $90 million.
John's formal education includes a BS in Production/Operations Management from Arizona State University, and an Executive Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. John is a licensed California Broker, Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager, Certified Loan Broker, and has obtained "train-the-trainer" status with APICS. Additionally, he has achieved the "Certified Business Intermediary" (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association, and is working on obtaining the Master of Merger and Acquisition Intermediary designation.

Randy holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Aerospace from Middle Tennessee State University, and an MBA from Pepperdine University in Malibu Ca.
After college Randy joined the United States Marine Corps and served for 12 years in the aviation, infantry, operations, and general staff fields. During his service he was stationed at MCAS El Toro, deployed with various naval units, and stationed in numerous foreign countries.
Following his military service Randy joined Smith Barney Stock Brokerage, and later Union Bank Investment Services as a Senior Investment Consultant and portfolio manager. Randy then joined Computer Based Systems Inc. in Washington D.C. as a project analyst / manager in their computer support division for the U.S. Patent Trade Office. Randy specializes in mid sized businesses in the wholesale/distribution, retail, and service industries.
