Over a 22 year period Brian held key business and operations positions with 4 fortune 500 companies that were suppliers to GM, Ford and Chrysler. He has broad knowledge in business, management, operations and engineering. He possesses very good skills and experience in negotiation and mediation. Brian has superior skills in business sales/acquistions, succession planning and valuations. He owns and operates two Sunbelt offices in Kentucky.

Tom's work experience lies in commercial and residential financing as well as retail banking. He has managed two regional mortgage brokerages in Kentucky. He was also a manager of a clinic in Manhattan. Tom is a graduate of St. John's University in New York City. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the University of Kentucky. He is involved in local real estate and property management.
