Todd is originally from the Washington, D.C. area where he helped manage a family owned sports related company. By providing his sales, marketing and operational expertise he helped grow the business from a small local operation to an eight state franchise and later assisted in the successful sale of the business. During this time he also built a sizable real estate portfolio and went on to become a full time managing landlord. With the advent of the bull market he liquidated his holdings, moved to Naples and invested heavily in land. Todd has authored an Amazon.com bestselling book about his financial success titled My Road to Wealth. His real world business experience along with his keen financial analysis skills is a true asset to bringing business acquisitions to a successful outcome.

Jack is a sales associate with Sunbelt Business Advisors of SW Florida. Martin is the president of PCR Group, LLC and is a full time Business Broker with Sunbelt. Martin has been a full time business broker in Southwest Florida since January 2004. Previous small business experience since 1983 includes start up, operations, sales, and management in import/export, real estate, and resort rentals. He successfully sold 4 of his businesses in Ontario, Canada before relocating to Southwest Florida in November 2003.
