Ed Krajcir is the Broker-Owner of the Brookfield Office of Sunbelt Business Brokers and is a partner in Sunbelt Midwest, which consists of offices in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois. Ed has had a varied and diverse background. While attending the University of Wisconsin, Madison and pursuing a BS degree, he owned and managed several investment properties. Additionally, he owned and operated a business forms distributor. After graduating he worked for the largest natural gas distribution contractor in the country. His primary focus was setting up new departments and working on new and innovative ventures for the company. Ed worked domestically for a few years then transferred to overseas operations. He was the Manager of European Operations setting-up offices in the Eastern Europe arena. Furthering his career, he was made Manager of Asian operations and resided in China for approximately one-year. He returned to the U.S. where he was recruited to work for a manufacture of underground ground construction equipment, running a large division of their company specializing in trenchless pipe installation. After several years, he again was recruited as the Vice President of Sales at a contract packaging company. Through the course of his career managing divisions and departments he still had the internal drive to be self-employed and control his destiny again. After extensive research and investigation he noted a need for a professional business brokerage office in Southeast Wisconsin. Ed initiated significant due diligence on the industry and determined Sunbelt was the largest and most productive business brokerage firm nationally. At that, he partnered with Scott Evert-Owner of Sunbelt Midwest and located in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office, and subsequently opened the Brookfield Office. Since conception, the Brookfield Brokerage Firm has since grown to be the largest business broker in the State of Wisconsin.

Paula is the Office Administrator and truly is the backbone of the Brookfield Office of Sunbelt Business Brokers. Besides maintaining a pleasant attitude and witty sense of humor, Paula brings a wealth of experience to our team. She has devoted over 11 years in both business and real estate related industries. Paula diligently assists our Business Brokers by providing outstanding administrative and customer service support. She understands that there are moments in this industry that can be extremely challenging, especially for the Brokers. She goes the extra mile by assisting the Brokers in achieving their respective goals; encouraging them with a seeing the glass half full mentality. Paula is passionate about her career and her commitment to excellence is evident. She is professional, conscientious and dedicated. Whether it is attending a work related seminar or consulting with the Owner or Senior Brokers in ways to refine applicable procedures, Paula is always eager to educate herself, thus providing an additional competent resource for our Sellers and Buyers to rely on. Prior to initiating a career at Sunbelt, Paula gained her knowledge of real estate by working for various agents at numerous top residential real estate firms in Wisconsin. She broadened her experience from administrative assistant and advanced in the industry as an independent closing agent in the residential title arena. Paula is a certified Notary and licensed closing agent by the State of Wisconsin. She also speaks Spanish and is working on becoming fluent. Clyde is a licensed real estate and business broker in the state of Wisconsin, and joined Sunbelt's Midwest office in Milwaukee in 2004. Clyde has been a broker for over 22 years, and brings a wealth of experience to the table in helping you buy or sell a business. Prior to joining Sunbelt, Clyde worked in the development of shopping centers and restaurants for over fifteen years, and negotiated dozens of real estate transactions and leases with national credit tenants. He knows what it takes to bring Buyer and Seller together in order to get a deal done. Clyde is also a licensed CPA in the state of Wisconsin, and practiced public accounting for over five and a half years upon graduation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. With a career spanning over 30 years, Ken brings real life experience, which provides valuable insight into the complexities and process of the negotiations required to successfully complete business transactions. As a District Manager for one of the largest systems integrators, David provided leadership for businesses to compete globally using automation and lean manufacturing techniques. He also worked for two well known robot companies where he used his creativity to develop state-of-the-art manufacturing systems. With years of experience working with business owners in the acquisition of capital equipment, he is following his passion for business transaction sales. Today, David brings his experience and leadership to help people buy and sell businesses of all sizes and industries. Steve T.
