Steve's extensive career has provided him with a strong foundation in business evaluation, operations management, marketing and client relationship oversight; he has successfully started, built and sold nine separate entrepreneurial ventures. These ventures have included projects in the real estate, relocation, financial services, marketing and sales industries. In addition to his experience with start up and turnaround companies, Steve has also worked with Fortune 500 companies, including a series of successful CEO and COO assignments for corporations, including Merrill Lynch and The Prudential Insurance Company's real estate business. Working with both entrepreneurial and rapid growth businesses has provided Steve with insight into the intricacies of business sale/ acquisition from the perspective of corporate mandates, as well as private business owners. Steve's diverse professional background has strengthened his ability to understand his customer's needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them. Steve attended City College of New York and The Wharton School's Executive Management Program. He and his wife, Phyllis, have three daughters and currently live in Tustin Ranch, California.

Brent is an attorney who is licensed to practice in California and New York. He is also a Certified Business Intermediary. Brent has over 25 years of in-depth experience in sales and acquisitions of companies and all types of financing transactions. He was most recently a partner in the multinational law firm of Kaye Scholer LLP. His clients have included public and private companies in many different industry sectors.
