She is president and owner of the Vancouver, Washington and Portland and Salem, Oregon branches of Sunbelt Business Brokers, which she opened in May of 1997. Since its inception the company has assisted in the sale of a variety of businesses ranging from small businesses to manufacturing companies, from restaurants to major distributors. With her increasing success, Pat has expanded her territory to include service to businesses in the Vancouver and Salem areas. Pat's goal has been to create win/win situations for sellers and buyers. Through her skills, hard work and determination her company has become one of the leading business brokerage firms in Portland. This year Sunbelt Portland is anticipated to grow 30%. Pat is a member of the International Business Brokerage Association and achieved a Certified Business Intermediary Designation (C.B.I.) from that organization.
