Ed has been involved in both owning and running businesses throughout his entire adult life. Most recently he sold MCR-MetalCenter Rochester to ThysseKrupp, a German concern, after growing the business for 22 years. MCR earned six straight Rochester Top 100 awards and was known nationwide as a leader in the distribution of Aluminum, Copper, and Stainless steel. While CEO at MCR, Ed bought and sold several other companies including a machine shop, a trucking company, another metal distributor in Ohio and a restaurant in Rochester. His involvement with both medium-sized and small companies makes him unique in understanding both the value of a company and the seller's and buyer's requirements. Ed has a Degree in Business Administration.
