He has experience from several industries including Management Consulting, Retail, IT, banking, oil, utilities, telecom and government sector. He has several years of experience in management consultanting from IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked with organizational development, business analysis, management for hire, project management and process reengineering. Before he joined Sunbelt he was also worked with buying and selling businesses and was involved in valuation, negotiations, and implementing synergies after mergers. He also worked with B2B project sales. He also owns a master franchise. Hedloy has a MBA from University of Minnesota.

Gunnar Reiermark is working as a Senior Business Broker and has his education from The Norwegian Institute of Marketing (IFM).with a a degree in Marketing and Communication.
