Wayne Messick was born and raised in Nashville. After a tour of duty with the U.S. Navy, he attended Pacific State University in California. After returning to Nashville, he went into the grocery store and convenience store business. As time went by, he became more involved in real estate and commercial brokerage, eventually purchasing an ERA Real Estate franchise.
Wayne has three sons and five grandchildren. Most of his free time is devoted to boating which is his major outside interest. He also enjoys reading, computers, and growing inside and outside plants.

A native of Nashville Tennessee, Heather is currently over New Franchise Sales and has been the office manager for over five years for this office. She has a strong interest in entrepreneurship and business in general.
